REGISTRATION FOR CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION
Step 1: For the newly registered participant, please go to “registration” to fill in information. For those who already have an account during the submission, please log-in to register with your ID and password earlier provided.
Step 2: Receiving an invoice and making a payment
Step 3: Confirmation from the conference organizer of your registration status.

REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fees are determined by your country of residence*, category**, and when you register***. The fee include lunch, coffer breaks during the conference, welcome reception and a conference kit.

For the transfer via the bank account, please note all bank’s charges shall be borne in full by the participant. Paying via Credit Card is exclusively for registration fee payment in the USD rate.

* The fee is determined by where you currently live; not where you are from.

** There are special rates for students. Students will be required to show identification when they collect their registration materials at the conference. 

*** Early bird fees will be charged until 25 April 2017. Regular fees will be charged after 25 April until 5 July 2017.  

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
On-site registration (late fees) will be charged with regular fees plus THB 2,000/60USD).

FEE PAYMENT
Full payment MUST be received prior to 5 July 2017. Registration will be confirmed after the payment is received. Payment can be made in the following ways:

1. Credit Card Payment 
Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted. An invoice will be generated after the completion of registration. Payment can be made under your account in the conference system.

2. Bank Transfer
After receiving the invoice generated at the completion of your registration, please transfer the registration fee at the following account:

To confirm your payment, please attach the transfer receipt under your account in the conference system or email it to: ICTS13.CM@gmail.com, with “ICTS13 Registration” in the subject line.

CANCELLATION
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Office.Registrations cancelled before 31th May 2017 more will be refunded 80% of the registration fees. Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
